I encourage everyone to take advantage of the many free and for purchase resources available at these web sites. Through these excellent sites you can do The Work right away on your own and access opportunities to do The Work with others for a fee and at no charge.
You may click the links below or on the side bar to access the two foundational worksheets used to do The Work.
Judge-Your-Neighbor Worksheet
The Judge-Your-Neighbor Worksheet helps you write out the situation that is stressing you. It is a way to isolate stressful thoughts and articulate them into one line statements (one-liners). The one-liners can then be taken to the One-Belief-At-A-Time Worksheet or to a facilitator.
One-Belief-At-A-Time Worksheet
The One-Belief-At-A-Time Worksheet is an expanded version of the four questions and an invitation to turn the thought around. One excellent way to do The Work on your own is to write out the situation that is stressing you by using the Judge-Your-Neighbor Worksheet as mentioned above and take a one-liner from that Worksheet and write it in on the top of the One-Belief-At-A-Time Worksheet beside where it says "Belief". Then simply fill in your answers to the questions in the space provided. Sub-questions beneath the primary four questions are there to help you deepen your journey into your answers..
You may choose to take your one-liner to a Hotline facilitator.
The Work Hotline is accessible through thework.com and instituteforthework.com. Experienced facilitators are available daily at no charge.
These are fantastic resources accessible to everyone with internet access. The Work and Institute for the work web sites and resources are available to you and to everyone you know who think this simple yet radical process of inquiry may help.
